MadeForMums tested the Cybex Avi Spin for us and had the opportunity to take it out with one of Australia's best all terrain Pram middle-distance runners Genevieve Gregson who recently became a mother. We asked her what she thought about the pram and whether there was anything that could be improved.

The Avi Spin is an all-terrain stroller all-terrain that offers the flexibility that modern families require from day one. The front swivel wheel has no rival for manoeuvrability in tight city corners, and the tyres that are filled with air provide comfortable cushioning on nature walks, city strolls or even runs. The swivel can be locked to give additional stability when running on rough terrain. The fully reclining seat is designed ergonomically to lay flat and is suitable from birth. The harness with one pull makes it easy to get access to in and out while the compact fold makes it easy to store and transport. Wheels can be easily removed to make an even smaller fold. It's a shame that the brake lever is on the right-hand side of handlebar as this can make it difficult to apply the brake by hand.

Out N About Nipper V5

With the Out N About Nipper V5, you can take your baby on thrilling off-road excursions and jogging in total comfort. Its lightweight frame, rear suspension and tyres with air-filled treads provide the most comfortable ride on all types of terrain, including city streets and scenic countryside routes. There are a few drawbacks though it's not cheap, and should you be looking for a product that you can use from newborn and beyond it's possible to get a better deal elsewhere. It's also very heavy, and you may need to enlist the help of a friend or family member when it comes to transferring it the seat into your car. Another thing to consider is that there are some small honeycomb-like areas that are exposed at the bottom of the seat, where the vomit and spilled smoothies could be able to flow - you'll need be aware of this when your child is prone to sickness.
