5. Sanctioning may, if requested, be granted to a Category 5 Tournament at the sole discretion of the WPA and upon such additional conditions as it may require. 16. The Board may, in its absolute discretion, agree to provide provisional sanctioning to a prospective tournament or a tournament concept to enable its promoter to seek "in principle sponsorship". 18. The grant of provisional sanctioning does not mean that the tournament or a tournament concept will in fact be sanctioned by the WPA. The travel costs are paid by the WPA, but the accommodation costs will be paid by the Tournament Organiser. 15. The WPA Board may chose to sanction any Tournament at any time on such terms and conditions as it chooses to impose. Most of you may be, or many of you may be, familiar with this one-which you can pick up, again, very quickly. Only tables that are recognized by the WPA can be used at a WPA-sanctioned or recognized event. This means that any promoter/organizer that wants to sanction an event with the WPA must first contact the Continental Member responsible for the location where the Tournament will be held. This procedure will apply to all new Tournament It will also apply to any Tournament Organiser who, in relation to an earlier Tournament, failed to make the prize money payments within 14 days after the Tournament concluded.

8. A sanctioning fee shall be negotiated between the WPA and the Tournament Organiser, but will usually be not less than 7.5% of the total added prize money in all Categories. He will arrive 2 days before the Tournament and leave 1 day after the Tournament. Details of the procedures concerning tax being withheld and tax certificates must be included in any Tournament information that is given to the athletes by the Tournament Organiser. 13.4. and details of any payments that have been made to the WPA and the CM. Both billiards and pool can be further classified into cue games, which is one of the main similarity between the two. The other balls are object balls. A complete set of pool balls consists of one white cue ball and fifteen color-coded, numbered object balls. The yellow or white ball can be used as strikers or cue balls. The mechanical bridge, also called rake, crutch or rest, is an accessory of the billiard sports table and consists of a stick with a bridge head mounted at its end to support the shaft of the cue stick replacing the hand bridge during shots difficult to reach. The contour of the bridge head should be smooth in order not to mar the cue shaft or rip the threads of the table-cloth when being used. Hit the cue ball using the other cue ball and then target the red ball, which should not be pocketed to earn two points. If a player scratches after pocketing the eight ball, they automatically lose. The last player with at least one ball still on the table, wins the game!

Some versions only allow players to place the ball behind the line on the table, often called the head line or baulk line. Note that these two other balls are already on the table, and remember that white and yellow are the cue balls. The stick or handle of the mechanical bridge is very similar in shape to the cue stick. Traditionally, Billiards has been a blanket term that refers to any kind of sport that involves using a cue. It involves asteroids, like the above method, only instead of direct impacts, this time we just steer them past the Earth, allowing rock and planet to exchange a little momentum, with the result of an Earth moving on a slightly different track and an asteroid moving on a significantly different one. And in this way one is unrestricted, and one has voluminous pockets in which all sorts of things can be put if necessary.
