Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. In the past, he served as a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibility included driving sales and establishing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of new product lines, such as Pro Age.
