The best robotic mop and Vacuum Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a great choice if you are looking for a robotic hoovers mop and vacuum that's mid-range. It's a great mopping capabilities, but is lacking certain of the more advanced features that are found in its more expensive counterpart.

During testing it was able to take on dust and dry oats on carpets with medium piles as well as pet hair on hard flooring. However, unlike other models, it doesn't employ LIDAR to help you map your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. It has impressive cleaning power and a variety of features that include a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. The robot will learn your habits of cleaning, and suggest automated schedules to provide you with a truly hands-free cleaning experience.

It's easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the process. Once the system is set up, you can start automated cleaning with a single button click. You can choose an overall clean which focuses on the elimination of larger debris such as rice and cereal. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your home is thoroughly cleaned.

This robot vac performs well on floors that are unfinished and carpet with a low pile. It is able to take large objects and does not lose suction as fast as other models do, and it can even clean up pet hair without difficulty. It has a difficult time with high-pile carpets or plush carpets, but iRobot says that future models will be more efficient.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot, which is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that has a flat-fronted D-shaped design. The company hopes this will allow it hug walls and furniture. It's a nice improvement over the standard hockey puck shape of robovacs, but we discovered it to be only marginally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims that the S9+ has an improved filter system that prevents microscopic dust particles and allergens from recirculating within your home. It's a nice premise, however, we're not convinced that it's enough to justify the price price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors to remember the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map your interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles, like stairs and other barriers, and to tidy up your entire home efficiently possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers so that the robot knows what areas require extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robot that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are as efficient as those found on more expensive models, Best robotic mop and Vacuum and its mopping system is even better. Its spinning pads do a much more impressive job of scrubbing your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

The only issue is that it lacks a second rubber brush for more thorough cleaning, but it's a small cost to pay if want to get one of the best robots available. The robo-vac's tank for dust is larger than many of its rivals and it takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even with the highest dirt level.

In terms of the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub hard dirt off my floors. The two mopping settings that it has that are less powerful than high-powered ones, create low noise, which means you can work or watch television without being distracted. It will gently bump into furniture or walls and then move on if it comes across one.

What really distinguishes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to run nearly completely autonomously, requiring only a little for user intervention. The dock of the robo-vac can be multi-functional and can automatically transfer trash into a hidden bin. It also cleans, dries and refills the clean water tank. The app is good at nagging you only when something is in need of attention, for example, the clean water tank running low or a scheduled cleaning session having been canceled because of a full dust bin.

You can also create or combine actual rooms to personalize the way Q Revo handles your home. That's a handy feature to have if you have several rooms in your home that have different floor materials or if there's some clutter that needs to be cleaned out regularly, such as clothes, toys, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, taking dirt from carpets and hardwoods in its first run. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I suggest drying them with a towel before sending it in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that comes with all the features you can need. It comes with an omni-rotating mop as well as a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It is similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has an automatic cleaning station that washes and cleans the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready to be reused. It also comes with a sensor that recognizes obstacles better and prevents it from falling on furniture and other objects.

The biggest improvement to the ECOVACS the X1 Deebot is its sleeker, more modern design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant and an app that can be used even if you are not at home. It also has a smart routing feature that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of following a predetermined path.

The X2 Omni is the most effective mopping robot. Its rotating mop pads scrub away tough stains, and its motor produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming capabilities are excellent as well and it increases suction when it senses carpets to ensure that it does the job well. It also has a large battery that can last for weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as efficient as anything we've seen in the market for a consumer robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot vacuum mops mop and vacuum is a premium model that offers a number of features that aren't often found on robots of this price. It is able to build detailed floor maps, detect various flooring types and is among the few that can automatically wash and dry the mop pads. These are nice features however they can push the L10s into the class of luxury. This could mean it's more expensive than what homeowners would need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It's slim and tall and has a white-colored finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by an enormous bumper that helps protect the vacuum and furniture from damage while moving through the home. In the pane in the front is an additional navigation technology in the form of sensors that help the L10s Ultra maneuver tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the screen, you'll find a single button that essentially is a switch for on and off. This button will activate the vacuum. If you click it again, it will turn it off and transmit it back to its base station. The control panel has an oblique menu that lets you choose cleaning modes as well as schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons will open the settings of the app where you can alter the way the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

Like the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation technology to map out your house. This helps the robot mop and vacuum efficiently without getting stuck. The LIDAR also helps the robot vacuum to recognize and avoid obstacles and obstacles, which is a wonderful feature for families with pets or children.

The L10s Ultra has a solid vacuuming capability which clears 98.4 percent of debris from our hardwood floor test and getting rid of all but the most difficult juice stain.
